The customer service is just great..I got a call within 5 minutes of putting in a query..The next 3 days i was constantly in contact with Mr.Sai Pradeep in jayanagar Bangalore who guided me to the right product and literally had the product delivered to me the same day as i purchased it..Enjoying the product so far.Bought it for teaching and making science illustrations.using it alongside microsoft powerpoint and krita.Still getting accustomed to the product and driver settings but very happy with the support and purchase..!

After waiting a long 19 days, I received the product Star G960 pen tablet from XP-Pen India. Now using it for a day, I am reviewing it. The pen tablet is easy to connect by installing its software driver & it’s working well both on an android phone and on a laptop as well. Pressure sensitivity is an excellent and working area that is enough for my online teaching purpose. Tilt support is available. The battery-free stylus pen is awesome to look at & well gripping just like a pencil. If XP-Pen India should provide a pen-holder & a glove, it could have been better. XP-Pen India should do something for a faster delivery. I am dissatisfied with the delivery and also the delivery guy. More or less I am satisfied with this affordable budget pen tablet for beginner like me. Thank you XP-Pen India, and Hope for future support.
