I wanted something to make simple freehand sketches of various projects and store them on line. Attached to one of my chromebooks, this little tablet has worked out very well for this purpose. With a few cheap plastic drawing tools, and a plastic ruler attached on one side with double sided tape to act as a guide, fairly high quality 3-D isometic sketches are possible. Love it!

I've bought this both for myself and for another family member, and it's an amazing option for beginners and hobbyists. It has enough buttons and customization options to really empower the artist without being overwhelming. I've had other beginner-level drawing tablets from other brands and this is by far the most durable and long-lasting one that I've had, even compared to more expensive brands. The responsiveness and pressure sensitivity is good, and I would say it's good quality.

I can't speak to how this is for advanced users, but I'm a beginner at 3D modeling (Blender) and 3D motion graphics (Unreal Engine), which is why I purchased this tablet. It has done an excellent job for me, not only in my 3D graphics applications, but also in GIMP, where I do a lot of my 2D graphics work. I'm using it to learn to draw as well, taking art classes focused on computer-based graphics art, and I find it easy to work with.

I'm new to drawing tablets, but after hours of research, I settled on this one. It does not disappoint! I love it and would highly recommend it to beginners. It's worth the price, the extra accessories are nice, and I have not yet had to replace my drawing pen nib or seem any wear. I have been using it as is, and have not needed to put the textured cover or anything atop the drawing surface.
