The grand prize? A 0.5g Gold Coin — the symbol of victory, light, and creative fire will be awarded to one lucky participant who participated in all 4 daily prompts. The winner will be randomly selected!

The 4-Day Challenge Lineup

a Diwali anime marathon.

Steps:
1) Create your art based on the day’s prompt.

2) Post it on Instagram. Use a new/alternative account if you are not comfortable posting from your main/personal account.

4) Submit your entry via the official Google Form.

XPPen Gold Coin Carnival 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

The XPPen Gold Coin Carnival 2025 (“Contest”) is a creative art competition organized by XPPen India (“Organizer”) to celebrate Diwali with the artist community. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of India only.
  
• Participants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  
• Entries must be submitted individually (no group entries).
  
• Employees, interns, agency partners, and immediate family members of XPPen India are not eligible to participate.
  

3. Contest Duration

• The contest will be held from October 10, 2025, to October 16, 2025 across four creative rounds.
  
• The Grand Winner announcement will take place on October 19, 2025 via XPPen India’s official Instagram page (@xppen_india).
  
• Each round prompt will be released at 6 PM IST, and participants will have 47 hours to create and submit their artwork.
  

4. Participation Guidelines

To enter the contest, participants must:

1. Create an artwork based on the theme or prompt for the day.
   
2. Post it publicly on Instagram within the time limit.
   
3. Tag @xppen_india and use the hashtag #GoldCoinCarnival2025 in the caption.
   
4. Submit the same artwork via the official Google Form provided by XPPen India.
   

Failure to follow all four steps will lead to disqualification for that round.

5. Artwork Rules

• Only original artworks created by the participant are allowed.
  
• Both digital and traditional art forms are accepted.
  
• Entries must not contain plagiarized content, AI-generated art, or copyrighted material from other creators.
  
• Each artwork must align with the theme of the round.
  
• Participants may use any software or medium of choice, but the work must be created by them.
  
• XPPen India reserves the right to request the original file or proof of creation for verification.
  

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity and originality
  
• Relevance to the theme
  
• Composition and visual impact
  
• Storytelling and concept clarity
  

Each day’s round will have one guest judge/influencer who will shortlist top entries. Final evaluation for the grand prize will be conducted by the XPPen India team in consultation with the guest judges.

7. Prizes

• Grand Champion (1 Winner): 0.5g Gold Coin + feature on XPPen India social media.
  
• Round Winners (4 Winners): Each receives an XPPen Deco Mini 7 V2 tablet.
  
• Winners will be contacted through Instagram DM or email (as provided in the submission form).
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
  

8. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced on October 19, 2025, via XPPen India’s official Instagram handle.
  
• XPPen India’s decision regarding the winners is final and binding.
  
• XPPen India reserves the right to disqualify entries found to be fake or plagiarized.
  

9. Rights & Usage

• By participating, the participant grants XPPen India the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, feature, and use submitted artworks on XPPen’s digital and print platforms for marketing or promotional purposes, with due credit to the creator.
  
• Participants retain full ownership of their artworks.
  

10. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if:

• The post is private, deleted, or incorrectly tagged.
  
• The artwork violates copyright laws or community guidelines.
  
• Submission deadlines are not met.
  
• Any form of plagiarism, AI-use, or content manipulation is detected.
  

11. Disclaimer

• XPPen India is not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, account suspension, or submission errors.
  
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the contest without prior notice if necessary.
  
• The Organizer’s decision on all matters related to the contest shall be final and conclusive.

13. Legal
